Tour Details

1st Day

Hammamet / Kairouan / Tozeur

6:00: Departure to Kairouan, panoramic tour of ramparts of the city & the Great Mosque Okba, possibility a handicraft center.

9:00: Departure to Metlaoui via Jelma.

11:00: Coffee Break in Jelma

11:30: Continuation to Metlaoui

1:00 p.m.: Lunch at restaurant

2 p.m.: Departure for Tozeur, 4×4 excursion to Ong Jemel & the decor of Star Wars and Chebika / Tamerza

17:00: Departure to the hotel, installation, dinner folk in Douar Tozeur.

2nd day

Tozeur / Kebili / Chott El Jerid / Matmata / El Jem / Hammamet

5:00: Awakening, breakfast

6:30: Departure for Tozeur via Chott el Jerid, an enormous dry Salt Lake, discovery of sand dunes & eventually the sunrise by camels (optional / paid)

11:00: Arrival to Matmata underground cites, which offers an absolutely amazing lunar landscape, the last Berber troglodyte residents will be happy to show you around their homes.

11:30: Departure for Matmata, lunch at restaurant

12H30: Departure for Mahress

2:30 p.m.: coffee break stop and continuation on El Jem

3:30 p.m.: Arrival at El Jem to visit the Roman Amphitheatre. This historical Romans monument is the most important in North Africa, it offers a striking spectacle.

5:00 p.m.: Back to Departure Hotel.

Changes & Cancellation Policy

Changes to bookings may be possible if due notice is given. Please contact us for more information.
For all cancellations at least 3 days in advance there will be no charge, even if the booking has been confirmed. The cancellation of a reservation can only be made in writing by sending an email.
For cancellations between 3 days & 2 days in advance, there will be a charge of 1 Night of the total price.
Cancellations made less than 48 hrs in advance, there will be a charge of 2 Nights of the total price.
Please note: 1 night will be calculated as the whole package price divided by the number of nights.
From time to time, JazicoWorld may need to vary the terms of the agreement due to Force Majeure. In such cases, clients are offered alternative dates or a full refund.
