Changes and Cancellation Policy

- For all cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance there will be no charge, even if the booking has been confirmed. The cancellation can only be made in writing by sending an email.
- Cancellations are not possible less than 24 hours before transfer time. In such cases, payments are non-refundable.
- From time to time, JazicoWorld may need to vary the terms of the agreement due to Force Majeure. In such cases, clients are offered alternative dates or a full refund.
